WASH CARE

Extend the life of our collections by learning the basic principles to maintaining the condition + wear

SWIMWEAR

Please be aware that chlorine, water chemicals and hot tubs can alter the longevity of your swimwear. Sunscreens, lotions, and self-tanners can transfer and cause discoloring. After swimming in any body of water, give your swimsuit a cold rinse to dispose of any immediate chemicals to prolong the wear. Lay flat to dry on a towel in a shaded, well ventilated area. Sitting + laying on a towel is highly recommended when actively wearing our swimwear to avoid snagging the delicate fabric on rough surfaces.

  • Use a gentle detergent or fabric wash that is designed for delicate garments. A detergent that is fragrance-free, dye-free, + ultra-concentrated is highly recommended.
  • Soak swimwear in cold water for 15-20 minutes, then gently massage out any remaining impurities. Rinse the items until the water runs clear.
  • Instead of wringing out the water, immediately lay flat on a towel, in a well air-circulated, shaded area to let it dry. Do not hang dry as this can stretch the fabric.
  • DO NOT machine wash
  • DO NOT machine dry or iron
  • DO NOT wash in warm/ hot water

BEACH WEAR

Please refer to the individual product page + internal labels for washing instructions, as each fabric will require different methods of cleaning + preserving the condition.
