Returns

• Returns may be requested within 14 days of placing an order. 
• To request a return, please email our team at inquiry@shopmarlei.com with your order number.
• All returns deduct a $7.99 return fee from the original order amount. This fee includes a return shipping label provided via email once we've approved the return.

 

For a full return, hygiene liners must be intact, and clothing + swimwear must be in original condition (unused + unworn) with original tags. We do inspect all returns, any signs of wear, or obstruction of liners and tags will result in the loss of the refund.

Order processing time may vary during peak order season. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We are currently only processing orders on business days. Please email us with any questions about your order!
