When checking out please verify that your cart items are correctly selected, along with selecting an accurate shipping destination. At this time we can not modify an order once it has been submitted. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Please note- cancellation requests can only be honored if an order has not been fulfilled or scheduled for shipment. We cannot provide exchanges or store credit at this time, all returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

Returns

• Returns may be requested within 14 days of placing the order. 
• To request a return, please email our team at inquiry@shopmarlei.com with your order number.
• All returns deduct a $7.99 return fee from the original order amount. This fee includes a return shipping label provided via email once we've approved the return.

 

For a full return, hygiene liners must be intact, and clothing + swimwear must be in original condition (unused + unworn) with original tags. We do inspect all returns, any signs of wear, or obstruction of liners and tags will result in the loss of the refund.

 

Shipping

We are currently only shipping to the Continental US. Order processing time may vary during peak order season. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We are currently only processing orders on business days. Please email us with any questions.
